Medtronic is inviting you to be a part of either a virtual or in-person clinical advisory board convened to discuss a number of important issues related to weight loss surgery technique and practice, including the future of laparoscopic one-anastomosis gastric bypass (OAGB), lower BMI guidelines from ASMBS/ IFSO for bariatric surgery, the implications of new medical weight loss therapies, the expansion of weight loss surgery in the non-hospital setting and other trends. Your participation in this clinical advisory board will help Medtronic to better serve the greater bariatric surgery community with educational programs, clinical support and technological innovation. Frost & Sullivan will be supporting these board discussions by moderating questions, managing the agenda and reporting out major findings to Medtronic to ensure the most important findings are acted upon. Note that based on your contract with Medtronic you are entitled to a stipend and coverage of travel expenses for participation in this advisory board.
